Clean
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling food. Clean utensils and scrub chopping boards between preparing raw and cooked food.

Cook
Cook minced meat and sausages right through - use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. Cook pork and poultry until juices run clear. Reheat leftovers until steaming hot throughout.

Chill
Keep raw and cooked food separate in the fridge. Use a chilly binĀ outside to keep food cool.
